HAPPY 3rd Birthday Dean!

I can't even believe that my baby Dean is 3.  How is that even possible?  Dean love his little "blue man" (a little Lego Duplo man).  He carries him around everywhere & plays with him everyday.  So when he said he wanted a "Lego Birthday Party"- I knew that blue man had to be incorporated in the party.  We built him a special birthday party chair (mainly because I was so fearful he would get lost).  I had a cake made with a little "blue man" on the lego cake.  The only thing Dean requested for his party was gray balloons (his favorite color).  Dean was so excited that all of our family came to the party, but was extra special excited that his best buddy in the whole world Cash came to the party- they ran around holding hands.  Those two are best buddies.  

Dean was a little nervous & even told me he didn't want everyone to sing to him.  He snuggled with Mommy during the singing part, but was able to blow out his lego candles.  He had a blast opening his presents & jumping with everyone.  

We spent the rest of his birthday weekend at the lake doing his favorite things- swimming & going out on the jetski.  He didn't do it this weekend, but a few weeks ago he was so brave & jumped off the top of the boathouse!!  Daddy was on call all weekend, but wasn't busy on Sunday so we asked Dean where he wanted to go for his birthday dinner- he said he wanted tacos.  Dean also is in love with crocodiles- this obsession is from a song his favorite teacher Ms Jenni used to let  him listen to at school (she gave us the cd at the end of the year).  The song is called Into the Jungle & is about a crocodile that eats 3 little monkeys.  Ever since then Dean has been in love with crocodiles (& monkeys) & still wants to listen to the song all the time.  So I found a crocodile Lego eater on Ebay.  It literally is pushed across the floor & eats up the legos- too cute!  Dean also go a little mini lego crocodile & a book he loves to read at swim lessons- A Camping Spree with Mr MaGee.  I found him a new lego carwash set that has a new Blue Man in it!!!  He was so excited to have 2 blue mans now.  He calls them brothers- too cute!  

Dean is the sweetest 3 year old & is so snuggly & loving.  He loves both of his brothers & he fits into the role of "Middlest" brother well.  He is an equally good little brother & big brother all rolled into one.  He is so funny & keeps us all laughing. 

Dean is in love with watching Scooby Doo & he calls him Cooby Cooby Doo.  He wants to watch it every.single.day.
