Dean's Nickel

Right before we were supposed to leave my parent's house in Sugar Land to go home Dean got his hands on a nickel.  The next noise I hear is a gagging sound.  Yup- he swallowed it.  I immediately called Barrett who insisted I rush him to the ER.  I am more of a wait & see kind of mom, so I decided to google it.  Well 50% of the articles online told me to take him to the ER.  So along with Barrett's recommendation & the power of the internet Dean & I got to make a trip to get an xray.  Sure enough it had made it's way down into his tummy.  Barrett calls this the most expensive show & tell for the letter X.
